THE HAUS ON HANDY SINGAPORE

If you are looking for a good investment in a prime location, consider this new project that will be launching soon. The Haus on Handy condo is in the Handy Road / Mount Sophia residential neighbourhood that is known to enjoy one of the highest yields for residential property in Singapore.

Furthermore, Haus on Handy is undoubtedly the best of the bunch here. For a start, it is the nearest of them all to Doby Ghaut MRT station and to Plaza Singapura and The Atrium at Orchard. As well as to the Orchard Road shopping street.

Architecturally it ought to be very interesting, given the sloping ground, and the fact that it is an infill site. Do watch out for the opening of the Haus on Handy showflat. It will likely launch for the VIP Preview in the first quarter of 2019. The project will only have 188 units for sale, so it pays to sign up early.
